Come back to yourself
Holistic energy balance, Usui Reiki treatments, and vibrational sound medicine in South Shore Montreal and online worldwide.
Restore peace, reconnect with your inner light
Hello, I am Tania, certified Reiki Master and holistic practitioner at Reiki Azul. My practice began over a decade ago with a simple goal: creating an unhurried, safe sanctuary where everyday stress, energetic fatigue, and emotional heaviness can dissolve.
Through traditional Usui Reiki, ancestral Tambour Unité vibration, and crystal resonance, I facilitate a conscious return to your natural state of equilibrium. Each private session is intuitively adapted to your personal physical and emotional rhythm, honoring your pace and intention.

What is Reiki?
Originating in Japan through Mikao Usui, Reiki translates directly as Universal Life Force Energy. It is a gentle, non-invasive vibrational practice where the practitioner serves as a clear conduit, placing hands lightly on or just above energy centers to encourage natural physical and emotional balance.
Whether you seek profound rest after continuous life strain, emotional grounding, or spiritual reconnection, Reiki works directly with your body's innate intelligence to soften energetic blockages and restore harmony from the inside out.
